Delavo is an ecommerce software specifically targeted at internet marketers. This server based software becomes the centre of all your internet marketing efforts. You are able to have multiple sites that sell individual products, membership sites or blogs but your one Delavo site that handles all your payment processing & takes care of your affiliates.
I looked at the pre-launch of Delavo & immediately saw the power in the software. I decided at that point to request the program on May 23, 2009. You have another chance to get access to this software for free but for only 48 hours on May 30 & 31, 2009.
Step 1: Sign up to the notification list

When you sign up to the notification list, make sure you receive an email back that says “You are IN!”. If you get that email, you will be advised how to download the software. You need to have a domain name & specify this name in order to receive your software licence. Make sure the domain name is a neutral name as you can then go into any niche you want but still use the centralise Delavo system. The domain name I chose was Memberxp (short for MemberXpress).
I found the installation really easy but when I clicked on the admin link, it gave me a 403 Forbidden error as well as a 404 error. All I did was advise my hosting company (hostgator) what the error was, gave them the login details of my ftp website & within a few hours they fixed the problem. They advised “There was a mod security rule blocking this page from loading. I have whitelisted your domain for this rule”. Therefore, if you have the same problem, just let your hosting company know & they should fix it.
